This lucky encounter and her unlucky failed art space was the beginning of her journey of organising the digital art fair.

Ep.5 | Yves Sena Alavo shares his passion for art. He talks about how his time in Africa, Europe and Asia have informed his deep appreciation for cross-cultural identity, discusses the significance of the cultivation of meaningful relationships with artists Lee Du Ploy and Serge Mouangue.

Ep.4 | Nicholas (Nick) Chan is the cofounder of Refinable. During this episode we explored the process of creating or minting a NFT (Non-Fungible Token), addressed misconceptions about the blockchain and we discussed why the Bored Ape NFT is more than just a series of illustrated monkeys. We also talked about how the rise of the NFT has created a new market for collectors and explained the difference between a conventional art provenance and the NFT on the blockchain.

Ep.3 | Dr Yanki Lee discussed social dogmas in Hong Kong. Instead of focusing on solutioning, her action-based practice concentrates on emergence, offering the observer fresh perspectives on the subject that is being addressed. We talked about three of her recent projects that include dementia, ageing and fine dying.

Ep.2 | Stefan Irvine’s work has been published in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, National Geographic and has been shown in New York, London and Hong Kong. He is the winner of the Independent on Sunday/Oxfam Photojournalist Award and his series on Tong Lau architecture was awarded 1st place at the International Photography Awards (IPA) 2020.
