Whitestone Gallery Director Seoul, Jiyoung Park

Ep.62 | During this episode, I had the pleasure of meeting Jiyoung Park, who serves as the director of Whitestone Gallery in Seoul, Korea. Our conversation covered a range of topics, including political science, the difficulties posed by fake news, the impact of a new generation of art collectors on the art market, the Frieze art fair in Seoul, and the current state of art fairs in general.

Jiyoung Park is Director of Whitestone Gallery Seoul. She started working at Whitestone Gallery Tokyo in 2011 and then moved to Whitestone Gallery Hong Kong branch as a gallery manager. Currently, she is based in Korea, where she is preparing a new space for Whitestone Gallery in Seoul, which is scheduled to open this September.
